I'm punking it up a bit this week with a smoky, smudgy, messy, sultry Rock Chick look that is really quick and easy to do but gives maximum Riot Grrl impact. It's all about the smudge and the sparkle so don't worry about getting it too perfect or too precise. Rock out!
